The Bite Cooks! : New Growth Event Solutions

The Bite Cooks! is an exciting and interactive stage show where local celebrity chefs test their speed and creativity in front of a live audience. This is more than just a "cooking demonstration," it's where the culinary arts become show-biz. Celebrity chef demonstrations are 30 minutes and audience members have a chance to comment and ask questions of these culinary artists at the end. So much to see, taste buds and minds sizzle all weekend long!

We handle all aspects of this venue, from outreach to potential participating chefs to on-site coordination of all cooking equipment and production. Pre-event, we communicate frequently with the scheduled chefs, going over recipes, equipment needs, parking assignments, demonstration schedules and every other possible detail. At the event, we handle the set up of the room, coordinate with the chosen emcee, oversee sponsor signage and banner opportunities- we even wash the dishes after each show!

One of our presenting sponsors for this venue, Comcast, films The Bite Cooks! to play On Demand throughout the rest of the year. We work in conjunction with Comcast for the production aspect of the venue. We build the kitchen set, create the truss grid, shoot a five-camera show, and produce a “live to tape” segment for Comcast On Demand that is edited on site. This show has received national acclaim for its set design, culinary vision, and production value. New Growth specializes in this type of high-end broadcast, and excels in creative solutions for broadcast management.
