Coffee Fest

In 1992, Festivals Inc. launched Coffee Fest trade shows in Seattle. Coffee Fest trade shows are produced to help coffee and tea retailers compete and prosper in the marketplace. Each show features a complete exhibition, as well as educational and networking opportunities.
Coffee Fest is now permanently located in Seattle and Las Vegas, with the third show alternating between Washington, DC and Chicago, and is still strictly a trade show. Coffee Fest decided to permanently plant in major markets for consistency and growth. Since that decision was made, Coffee Fest has done nothing but grow stronger.
In 2004, Coffee Fest was named one of the 50 fastest growing trade shows in North America by Tradeshow Week Magazine, the leading trade show and event production publication. The Fastest 50 competition was open to the more than 3000 trade, consumer and association shows produced in the United States and Canada annually. Exhibitor net square footage was the primary determining criteria and the 50 winners announced had the greatest percentage of growth from 2001-2003. In 2005, Coffee Fest was once again named as a winner of Tradeshow Week Magazines Fastest 50 Award.
In 2001, Coffee Fest show manager David Heilbrunn earned the Expo Group Show Manager of the Year Award for managing Coffee Fest. Peers and exhibitors nominated award recipients for their innovative show management style, incorporation of new technology and the ability to overcome obstacles. Only four awards were given out of 8,000 trade shows in the country.
