CSTV Conference USA Football

College Sports Television officially began in April, 2003 as the first 24-hour network devoted exclusively to college sports, The debut was also noteworthy as College Sports Television was the first independent cable channel to appear on the nationwide DirecTV satellite system at launch.

New Growth employees have worked as crewers and technical managers for the 2005 and 2006 football seasons.  We were in charge of staffing over 50 games, filling over 30 positions per game.  We also advanced the productions with the schools, mobile units, and producer/director teams to ensure flawless broadcast productions.  On-site we managed the set-up, shoot, and tear-down of all games, and excelled in running smooth productions.
